1. PHYSICAL INFRASTRUCTURE & CABLING

Equipment Rack: Clean, equipment secured, ventilation working, and cables organized (cable management).

Cabling (Data, AV, Control): All cables continuity-tested and labeled at both ends.

Endpoints: Faceplates, keypads, speakers, outlets, and cameras installed, leveled, clean, and properly secured.

Connectors: All cable ends (at rack and endpoints) terminated and tested.

Cable Slack: Minimum slack of ~1 m (3 ft) at all terminations.

Conduits: Free of obstructions and properly capped.

Photo Record: Photos of each (pre-wire) endpoint archived.

Room-by-Room Cable Sheet: Updated with IDs and destinations.

AV Locations: TV height/backbox; subwoofer point; return to rack; HDMI/baluns tested.

Automation/Control: Thermostat locations confirmed; IR/Serial/IP cabling separated.

Security: Runs for sirens/sensors installed; NVR position defined.

2. CONFIGURATION & COMMISSIONING (SYSTEM)

Network and Connectivity: Wi-Fi network (final SSIDs/passwords) and wired network stable. Equipment IPs fixed and documented.

Central Processor: Final program loaded and all device drivers (TVs, HVAC, receivers) communicating.

Functional Tests (Subsystems):

Lighting: Individual test (On/Off/Dimmer) of all circuits.

HVAC: Control test (temperature, modes) of all zones.

Audio & Video: Distribution test of all sources to all zones.

Shades/Curtains: Test open/close/stop.

Security: Arm/disarm alarm test and view all cameras.

Interfaces & Scenes Tests:

Scenes: Test 100% of programmed scenes (e.g., “Cinema”, “Dinner”, “Leave Home”).

Interfaces: Test all buttons (keypads) and functions (apps, touch screens).

Remote Access: Validate remote control functionality and security.

3. RACK & NETWORK (TRIM)

Patch Panel & Switch: Installed and tested.

Rack Organization: Velcro tie-downs, standardized routing.

Power/Grounding: Outlets labeled; rack grounding verified.

HDMI ARC/eARC: Operation validated between TVs/receivers/soundbars.

Access Points: Installed; Wi-Fi speed and coverage tests performed.

Logical Network: VLANs (when applicable) and router configuration completed.

NVR/CCTV: Remote access, recording, and alerts configured and tested.

4. PASSWORD MANAGEMENT AND DOCUMENTATION ("HANDOVER")

Access Security: Default passwords of ALL equipment (router, cameras, etc.) were changed.

Client Documentation: Delivered guide with Wi-Fi passwords, automation app login/password, and camera system credentials.

Technical Documentation (As-Built): Final project with point map, rack diagram, and IP list archived/delivered.

5. STRUCTURAL CHECK & RISK PROCEDURES

Post-Work Inspection:

Structural Integrity: Drilled areas inspected; confirmed that beams, columns, or slabs were not affected.

Sealing: Cable penetrations sealed (acoustic/fire) and outdoor installations sealed against water ingress.

Critical Customer Instructions (Acknowledgment):

Acknowledged to NOT alter network configurations or perform factory resets on equipment.

Acknowledged to NOT obstruct ventilation of the equipment rack.

Acknowledged to NOT move equipment or hire third parties for modifications without notifying technical support.

6. TRAINING AND FINAL ACCEPTANCE

Final Cleaning: Jobsite clean, no tools/debris, and no dust on equipment.

Client Training: Full training on system usage (apps, scenes, keypads) completed.

Support Contacts: Client aware of support channels and warranty terms.

SERVICE ACCEPTANCE TERM

I, , declare that:

I performed the final walkthrough of the installation with the responsible technician.
All subsystems and features described in the project scope were properly tested, demonstrated, and are operating as expected.
I received the necessary training for basic system operation.
I received the pertinent documentation (user passwords and support contacts).

Disclaimer: By signing this term, I attest to the satisfactory completion of the services provided and the delivery of the installation in accordance with the contracted project. I declare that, as of this date, I have no outstanding complaints regarding the physical installation, configuration, or functionality of the delivered system, accepting the official completion of the work. Only the contractual warranty terms for equipment and services remain in effect.
